I dont mean like racing, I mean like touring motorcycles - a car thats good for just pleasure driving around the country for the sake of driving.

I would think it would need to have these qualities:

- good acceleration and handling - top speed won’t mean much to me in the real world with speed limits…

- comfortable and nice interior - this is what sports cars normally lack, hence why I said touring instead of straight out sports car, for long drives to be comfortable.

- decent MPG - decent for me is at least 20 city and 26 high way.

any ideas? my price range is limited to 25k - 40k. anything less thank 25k is usually crap, and I can’t afford anything over 40k. I’m 19 and in college, so please keep style in mind as well - I can’t imagine myself in a chrysler 300.

so far I’m eyeing:

Low end - 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart (all new)

mid-range - 2009 Nissan Maxima (all new)

high end - 2009 Hyundai Genesis
